What makes it work for us is the single point of contact and the speed of response. It means that we don't get bombarded with calls from anxious tenants. Once we have made the call to AKA Claims we know it is as good as dealt with.

When I opened the door there was a torrent of water pouring down the stairs. Without AKA Claims I don't know what I would have done. They took care of literally everything. All the paperwork, the massive clear up, the restoration of my house and dealing with the insurance company even finding a temporary home for my 3 cats.
